Is Justin Biebers popularity going down?

First off I'm not a hater I don't love him but I don't hate him. I feel like I have been seeing him change though, he is turning into kind of a jerk and has a huge ego as well, anyways I saw a bid online and you could get concert tickets and meet the artist that you chose to bid on. Now you bid on artists separately. The two biggest artists on the list were Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift but I thought immediately to myself Justin Bieber probably has the most bid on him out of anyone. To my surprise Taylor Swift did by a couple thousand and the bids started at the same time and end at the same time. So my question is do you think that people are starting to like him less?
